The remember me feature on the sign in is no longer working for me .Anybody know why?

No problems on any of my devices with that function. All it does is keep the session cookie active for 30 days. Something on your machine must be affecting that cookie.

You're probably clearing cookies when you close your browser. Actually a good practice, but if you want you can change the setting.
