Default 1930s Harmony Supertone Robin Hood - Sold

I played around on this 1930s Supertone parlor guitar during my daughter's violin lesson a couple of months ago and ended up taking it home with me. I'm letting this go as part of my recent sell-off to cover the last two guitars that I got.

These were made in Chicago by Harmony during the 1930s and are similar in style to the stenciled Lone Ranger and Singing Cowboys models, but for some reason, these depict Robin Hood and his Merry Men shredding around a campfire in the shadow of a castle.

The label on the inside indicates the last two digits of the year of manufacture, but I can't quite make out the second digit. Maybe 34?

It's strung with silk and steel strings and has a nice mellow sound. It received a neck reset as well as a new bridge at Homewood Music, so it plays really nicely and has good intonation. It's got a nice chunky V neck that feels nice as well. One of the tuning pegs (G string) is noticeably bent, but it still works. Overall, it has the patina you would expect, but is in pretty good shape. there is a hole for a strap button right near the beginning of the back of the headstock, but no strap button is installed currently.

Weight is right at 3 pounds (2 lbs 15.8 oz).

The neck is approximately 1.75" wide at the nut. Here are the neck thickness measurements:
1st fret: 0.945"
7th fret: 1.050"

Sale includes a like new Recording King soft case.

Asking $450 PP/shipped ConUS. SOLD

Yes, it did. I just edited the op to reflect this.
