"Fool to Love You" - John Mayer cover

Hey guys,

Just wanted to share a cover I did last night. This is a song off of John Mayer's latest album which I really enjoyed due to its more acoustic feel. The original track has some neat piano licks on it, which I suppose is an indication that I need to practice on the ivories some more.

Nicely done and great singing! I love Born and Raised, next to Continuum I think it may be my favorite album of his.

Thanks so much, you guys! Yeah I really enjoy the Born and Raised album as well. It's funny because it has received so many mixed/inconsistent reviews from source to source. Some love it because it is so vastly different from his earlier work, and some hate it for the same reason.. such is the nature of the music business and the tastes of consumers!

I like Continuum more, as a whole but I think that JM's work on this album was much higher quality than originally thought by most.

Thank you so much, Rich. The original has a really nice piano line on it, overall a very relaxing and romantic song.
