Default Top center seam finish checking

I bought this from a friend because it's one of those magic mojo guitars . He put a mirror inside and I could clearly see it was tight .
What causes this ?
Is there any way to get it to disappear ?
Thanks !

Looks like the wood has split open. Sometimes cracks can show on one face, but be closed on another. It should be properly glued & sealed.
