Default Windy & Warm (2nd attempt)

This is my 2nd attempt at playing this wonderful and challenging tune. I hope you enjoy my arrangement of “Windy & Warm”.

Also I wanted to change up the background a bit in my music room. Thus the recorder (Tape plugin).

Thanks

Mike

Tune down 1/2 step.

Very nice Mike! The Guitar had that Chet tone working nicely.
You must have been nervous with Chet looking over your shoulder.

Thank you Vance for commenting and you're right about Chet - he would make anyone nervous!

Nice picking! I love the rhythm and the muted sound. Thanks for posting.

Fun tune. I especially like how you kept the bass somewhat muted to give the melody more punch. I suspect that wasn’t EQ but just some sneaky technique. Fantastic execution.

Cheers

Thank you Dave for listening. Palm muting with the right hand is how this is achieved. It's not difficult once you get used to it and as you stated it adds a nice effect. I'm glad you enjoyed it.
