Piedmont(ish) fingerstyle blues gig I had
Hi y'all,
Never really posted here but I had a gig this weekend that I thought went pretty well playing some Piedmont/country-blues tunes, some originals, and some jazzy stuff. Here some of it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zKXP...PLtEK3FxCH1GPk Big thanks to Toby Walker and his Fingerpicking Freedom DVD's. Applying CAGED to fingerstyle blues was truly GOLD over the last couple of years. I pick a little mando on the 3rd vid. Thanks folks. Last edited by lespaul_79; 12-10-2018 at 02:34 PM. |

Thanks! Yep, Victory Rag. Prob need to work out the melody a little better. Same with Georgia. Oh well.
Definitely fun. Never put together a "fingerpicking" bluesy instrumental duet set before. |

Hey Les,
Thanks for the kind words. I'm real glad that you've gotten so much out of the lessons. Toby
