I still like the JJB Prestige 330 better than a K&K and it's also half the price.

They appear to be back on Amazon today. I looked for the companion volume adjustment, found it on Amazon and also saw the pickup there as well.

sorry...not on amazon usa they didn't. I searched ...'journeytek pickup' and 'journey instruments' pickup and they aren't there.

thanks I wasn't aware of those....although they aren't on amazon. Sadly one of the best ways to get things internationally.

I did a screen shot of what I am seeing. Maybe we are talking about two separate things.Screenshot_20220804-200937.jpg

JJB is a small company and Jessie may be willing to ship internationally. Contact him through the website and ask, he’s always been very responsive to me.

But I was not as happy with the sound as I have been in the past with the Mag/SBT pickup system. Plus the JT didn't have anywhere near the volume output of the Mag/SBT, even with an endpin preamp boost.

I'm kind of a folk/rock strummer with most of my material. I'm not a detailed finger-picker.
Hi Marshall
Glad you're having a good experience with them.

The 20mm sensors wouldn't even fit under the bridge plate of two of my guitars.

The 12.5mm sensors K&K uses are the best balanced I've used. The original ones were oversized, and very bassy. They really do a good job in 12 string guitars which tend to lack bass.

Perhaps Journey Tek has done something to theirs to cut the strong bass of a large sensor, but it still will not fit into guitars with small bridge plates.

yeah....swear when I search amazon usa as I said they don't show, but I just accessed an old bookmark and the 4 disc classical version came up....so it's strange.
https://www.amazon.com/Passive-Acous...s%2C140&sr=8-1
and even now when I search even adding 'ep001k' to the search field, only the classical version appears. Maybe being in Mexico affects how amazon search works.

JJB has been sold on Amazon in the past and is listed as currently unavailable.

JJB Prestege 330 Acoustic Guitar Pickup

They may be back on Amazon in the future, but should be available directly from JJB.
