Default John Mellencamp - Jack & Diane fingerstyle cover on an Iris DF

Just put up a fingerstyle cover of "Jack & Diane" by John Mellencamp on Youtube and thought I'd share. I'm playing an Iris DF for this cover. I recently purchased an Iris DF (Dale Fairbanks) from Iris Guitars. Iris is the company started by Adam Buchwald of Circle Strings to make more affordable guitars that still have stellar builds (like Waterloo). The DF is a J45 style slope shoulder that just sounds great. I'm already thinking about how I need to get the Iris Smeck model next.

Thanks for watching!

Great job mystery man. Good to see you back again. Interesting arrangement as always. And that guitar does sound very good! I’m not familiar with the brand but I guess I’ve got to check it out
