Listened to the first one. A couple comments:

Very inventive. The gypsy-jazz type chord pattern is catchy. It clues the listener to some fun to follow. It's cool to mix a dark theme into a lighter music pattern. Gives sort of a tongue-in-cheek aspect to the song. But I think the vocal delivery should be more light and punchy to match up with the musical frivolity of the acoustic guitar part. Also the electric guitar part has a little too evil of a feel to it. I think the whole thing should be light and punchy. In this case and acoustic lead would be more consistent.

And always remember, I don't know what I'm talking about. Take it or leave it.

Ahhhh. The second one has a nice consistent feel. Cool too. Nice presentation. A little tightness in the vocal when you get up high. Work on breath support and try to keep it light and relaxed (and maybe punchy) throughout your range.

Great song.
