Default Front row for KT and Shawn last night....

I'd just seen Shawn Colvin back in October with Mary Chapin Carpenter, but she is touring with KT Tunstall now in the same format and came to my hometown, so I snatched a ticket.

KT was a bit of an unknown to me - I'd watched a couple YT videos but didn't really know what to expect.

I left a pretty big fan of her music and humor.

They came on stage with Psycho Killer which was a gas, but it was her newest version of an old tune of hers that was really captivating. I looked through all the YT versions of it and this was the closest - but having Shawn filling in and some very subtle and tasteful looping action made it much more engaging. It was also a little more "mellow" and heartfelt.

They also both played a couple very nice tunes on the piano - KT said she had 12 years of piano lessons and knows 5 songs

Here's the piano tune...
