We get so, so many threads about people wanting to audition carbon fiber guitars and others willing to share their instruments. Unfortunately those threads are all over the Carbon Fiber subform on AGF.

It would be great to keep this thread strictly for use as a sharing thread so please keep extraneous posts elsewhere.

I have a pre-Peavey Composite Acoustics GX. Other than this guitar, my XG (Extended-range graphite) Chapman Stick, and a Rainsong that was hanging up at Sam Ash, I’ve not played any other composite instruments. I’d be interested in trying out other CF instruments.

I live in the far west end of Richmond (Short Pump).

Thread drift is inevitable - it’s a fact of fora. I understand your intent, but I fear that, ultimately, it will fail.

As long as those of us who are willing to volunteer to share continue to do so when the opportunity arises, I think the CF world will be fine, and continue to flourish.
