this is something more along the lines of what you want I think

every year we fans gather at Toronto's Massey Hall to hear Gord. And we have a jam at the oldest Irish pub in the city beforehand. This is a former student of Red Shea's and also confounding member of our Lightfoot tribute band:

This is a great idea. I'm not a fan of Mr. Lightfoot, but it is neat to watch and listen to everyones version. I'm looking forward to future months.
