1957 Deluxe Tube Amplifier - Custom Cabinet
Just wanted to share my home projects with everyone.
Hand built cabinet for 57 Deluxe. Used a DIY kit for the electronics. Fully engineered the EQ pedal. Still a work in progress. Thanks |

Very pretty. I like the dog bone handle. Did the oak cab increase weight? I assume it increased rigidity.

I'm not sure because I've never actually got my hands on one made out of pine. Some say the way the pine resonates is part of the what gives the Deluxe Amps there sound but I enjoy the tone I get out of the oak cabinet and Jensen P12R speaker.
