Have you just plugged directly in? Not using the app? Are you sure there isn’t like a pair button on the device itself?

I have tried plugging in a mike with no results yet. There is a pairing function on the unit but it always fails as does trying to pair it on the app or the phone bluetooth. Thanks for the suggestions.

I could have the lights showing connection but zero control. After firmware update it worked.

I got a prompt to do that as soon as I powered it up. I did it but maybe the factory re-set undid it? I got channel one working today. Tried it with guitar and then voice. sounds great. The other channels have yet to unlock. This was manual. I can live without the remote control.

I'm all set now. Managed to get it up and running manually and it sounds great. Maybe if they get their app to work as well as the EV app, I'll give it another go. I'm good for now. Thanks all.
