I finally got a tracking number today. It doesn’t work at this time and Kevin says it can take 24 hours. This is for the Irish tracking number system. Crazy. I’m stuck in quarantine and it sure would have been a nice distraction. A guitar in the same shipping video already arrived in California.
Yes, I could actually have COVID and yes, I could still be waiting 2 months for a 4 month build; I keep repeating this. GODOTed?

my tracking number was for anpost.com. I would have felt better about a UPS tracking number. What a different experience than Seannx’s.

No, I have not. It's been a little frustrating. They had me on a 4 month payment plan. Kevin emailed when it was done asking if I wanted to pay the rest of the balance and I said yes. The email invoice showed up 3 days later but only for the monthly payment. Ugggg. So I payed it, then emailed him back, took another 3 days to respond, then it was st. paddy's day. Finally he called me day before yesterday and got my cc number. Now that my balance is finally paid, crickets. I get the feeling they are super busy over there. I'll reach out to him on Monday, but as far as I know, the guitar is still sitting in Ireland awaiting shipping.

I'm getting really frustrated with Emerald. I've yet to get a tracking number and they are not responding to my emails. I've been polite, so I don't think it has anything to do with me. As far as I know, my guitar has yet to be shipped. Does anybody know how to get in touch with Alistair? It's been a while now, I'm starting to get concerned there is a problem.

UPDATE: I finally got a tracking number for An Post. It's a bit of a relief. Not knowing where your new guitar is for a week is a little unnerving!

So where is it?
Mine hasn’t shown any movement from Heathrow in four days. I expect the next update to be from UPS as my UPS account now shows that same AN POST tracking number but with no information about it.

I was a cool customer regarding this order before the shipping video. Now I’m thinking about it WAY too often.
