Default Studio photos added ...McNally Guitars Build Thread -3x Koa, Sapele, Rosewood

Hi,
Here's some photos of my latest build batch.
1.Sitka Spruce/ Koa OM with bevel
2. Sitka / Sapele OM florentine cutaway with Manzer Wedge and bevel
3. New Baritone, Sitka/ Rosewood with Bevel. Deep body OM, Venetian cutaway. 27 inch scale and 13 fret body join.

Now to carve and dry fit the necks before starting to spray.
Excitied to see these under finish, particularly the Koa guitar. It's figure is hard ot truly capture in a photo!

Pro Photography of the finished guitars coming too.
Sapele OM & Rosewood Baritone commission sold, but the Koa/Sitka OM is available!

Yes the binding, bevels and rosette are all cut from the same billet of Walnut.

That is an amazing amount of work and a lot of photos! I love the shot where you are fitting the mitre between the purfling and the binding piece with the back strap!

I agree on the Koa, wow that really came to life.

What was the purpose of the line on the face of sound board when you were building the arm bevel if I may ask?

Yes sorry for the great photo dump! I actually started these 3 months ago.

The line is for placing the bevel routing template. Its a two staged rout. 1 for the bevel and 2 for the purfling. The same template with a different router for each is used, so it has be placed almost exactly where it was before on the second cut.
