Hi, I live in Myrtle Beach. I just opened up a fresh pack of strings that I've had for over 2 years and I was beyond shocked to see that they were corroded! The quality control from company X has gone done the toilet and I will never buy anything from them again!

I tend to respond to these if I can because I seriously do believe that this is an important aspect of this forum, to help and assist each other, especially those who are new to the guitar, and playing.

If I put Martin Retro strings on my Martin Modern guitar will time stand still?
Do Pre-War Guitars only play old songs?

Should I bring my acoustic--and wear a turtle neck and play I Gave My Love a Cherry--to a toga party?

Can anyone tell the difference between an Esteban and a 1937 D28 in a blind listening test?

I thought long and hard, but I'm pretty sure any question I could come up with has been asked on this forum... [emoji16]

You're right! They are.
Come folks. The task is to ask "imaginary, stupid" questions. Try harder. How about: I want to learn Delta and Piedmont blues. Is there a guitar that can do both? No, that won't work. Sounds too normal. This is a lot harder than it seems. |
