Hi, I live in Myrtle Beach. I just opened up a fresh pack of strings that I've had for over 2 years and I was beyond shocked to see that they were corroded! The quality control from company X has gone done the toilet and I will never buy anything from them again!

I know that this thread is about fun, but this raises an important issue. I'm always concerned when someone starts by saying "this may be a stupid question but..."

I tend to respond to these if I can because I seriously do believe that this is an important aspect of this forum, to help and assist each other, especially those who are new to the guitar, and playing.
