Oh, where to begin...
Bridge pins, Side wood, Back wood, Bling, Rosettes, End pin material, Bridge material, Brace material, Brace thickness, Adi vs. Spruce, Yeah, pretty much everything. In the overall scheme of things, to me, it's all about how it sounds. Not the name on the headstock (or lack thereof) or any of the above. If I like the sound it produces and I can afford it and get the CFO to agree I'm all over it. But that's me, PJ (Yeah, we're ALL bored...)

For me, the most over-rated aspect of a guitar is the appearance of it... includes the woods, the grain, the "name", inlay work or binding...
How it sounds is #1... how it plays is #2 (only #2 because so much can be done to tweak things the way one prefers...). I suppose I'd list structural stability as #3...
