Default Recommend pickup for parlor guitar

Mine's the all mahogany (sapele) Fender PM-2.

It's a little beauty, and I want to hear it through my Fender Acoustic 100 amp.

The surfing I have done on the web turns up these possible candidates:

1. K&K Pure Mini (passive)

2. Fishman Infinity Matrix VT (has preamp)

3. L. R. Baggs Anthem SL (mic with battery)

4. L.R.Baggs Anthem (under saddle element plus mic)

My only guitar that has electrics is the Yamaha LS-TA Transacoustic, which plugs straight into the Fender without the need for anything in line, and I am hoping for the same. Plug the Fender straight to the Fender.

My choice would be #4.

I think that you may be asking a lot. piezo, ust, K&K or similar will all need a preamp. 1) to boost signal 2) to shape signal. Piezos are quacky, soundboard transducers can be boomy and mag pup's can be harsh.

Under saddle, under bridge and mag sound hole P'ups all need tone shaping. Mag sound hole pups will be hotter than most and some will have basic tone controls.

you will get a lot of suggestions & K&K - will be suggested a lot.

There are a lot of variables. I suggest trying least invasive to most invasive installation procedures as a good way to go.......

I've put K&K Pure Minis in about a dozen instruments and have always had good results.

In many cases you do not need a preamp or any other modification prior to plugging one into your amp. In some cases a pre will help produce better sound, but many amplifiers have inputs that will work well with the K&K transducer.

If you are going for a K&K Pure Mini then read this recent topic regarding installation:
