Wow - amazing guitar, beautiful photos, and some great playing!
I must say I'm impressed and inspired at the same time.
I look forward to hearing more...enjoy.

Beautiful post. The playing, the presentation and the guitar are all wonderful. Congrats on the new guitar. Can imagine how much you are loving it right out of the gate. Found an F38 of spruce and cocobolo not quite 2 years ago and am incredibly impressed every time I take it out of the case. Enjoy.

Jeff

firstly well done on the video. fantastic way of presenting a NGD! great recording too.

I had a f35 redwood/cocobolo and i can tell you that combo in the lowden voice is absolutely killer. beautiful warmth and shimmer from the redwood and booming overtones of the cocobolo.

anyways a big congrats and thanks for sharing!

to add, from my experience with my f35, it will open up to a sweeter voice and become more responsive in about 3-4 months

I think Lowden should hire you to do their promotion, If I didn't already have a Lowden ( which I love by the way ) I'd be rushing out to buy one from your presentation. Lovely.

Default Thank you all

Thank you all very much. I would love to combine my day job as a photographer more with my passion for guitars. I have offered it a few times but no takers yet, its an odd industry for that kind of thing.

What I have learned so far is that although us lot as players love the detail and the beauty the makers arn't as much into it as us, either that or they don't see that as a way to market them. My personal opinion is that if i had seen that range of images i have taken of that guitar I would have bought it even without seeing, they just excite me. I am sure not all luthiers would be the same but that's kinda the feel i have had of a few now.

Shame really, as that would make my day job even more enjoyable.

Anyway thank you all once again of sharing in my joy of this guitar.

Matthew

It could be worse Matt, try combining chemical engineering and guitar playing
