Default Virtuo acoustic tone

Thought I'd this when reading the x20 vs virtuo thread.
Would using a tone dexter or something like it (cheaper) improve the acoustic tone of the virtuo or is that not possible?

*considered posting in the amplification forum but people there may not know what a virtuo is...

The ToneDexter is meant to make your amplified guitar tone the same as its tone recorded through a microphone. Which is the opposite from what you want.

You could load the wavemap from another acoustic guitar into the ToneDexter. It would be funny to hear the sound of a big jumbo coming out of the speakers.

When I got my Virtuo from the gentleman in December, he sent me a K&K Dual Channel Pro ST preamp.
That makes a huge difference, as you can change the treble, mid, and bass of the plugged in signal
