Default Carbon Fiber Guitars and Glue

Are Carbon Fibers glued together in a similar way as a wooden guitar?
If so, heat will still be a factor to deal with, wouldn't it?

CF guitars will hold up better than wooden guitars as far as humidity issues go.
Probably the same for going from cold to hot conditions.

So my question is this?
Are CF guitars parts glued together or are they fused together in a different way?

The CF guitars that I’m familiar with aren’t ‘glued together’ from a collection of parts. Emeralds, in particular, are constructed as a single piece - body and neck - in a mould. Bridges (and maybe fretboards) are added later, but the completed instrument functions as a single entity.

Carbon fibre guitar companies use aerospace grade resins and adhesives which are durable well past 200oF.

Premium wood guitar companies typically use animal hide glue (or equivalent) that makes it easy to disassemble for repair by heating the joints to 145oF.

I bought cf guitars to survive hot cars and RVs (120-160oF) and this has worked very well. Its also nice to go between hot and cold / dry and damp without hassle.

As Leslie Nielson said in "Airplane", "I picked a bad week to stop sniffing glue!".

If it gets that hot, you're dead while playing.

I left my RainSong in my truck bed once in the summer here. I couldn't hold onto it, it was so hot. The strings got damaged from the heat.
I swapped strings, and it's fine.
