NM(i)D Yamaha AG06
I've been using my MG10XU at a regular event all summer and do not want to take it back to (work) school in a few weeks, so I found myself wanting/needing a small mixer capable of recording primarily audio speech, with the option of mixing in sounds from the computer. For $199, the Yamaha AG06 is pretty sweet. The loop back feature makes mixing in sounds from the computer seamless, and the onboard effects are pretty sweet. Great mic pre-s and there is no need for a wall wart power supply. USB powered! Looking forward to using it this school year. The only thing I wish it had (that is doesn't) is panning. For anyone looking for an easy to use interface/mixer, I highly recommend this little gem.
