Albert & Mueller S6
No affiliation whatsoever with this guitar, but it has forced me to do some rethinking in my own comparisons of factory guitars vs. small shop vs. single luthier. I've been fortunate to own guitars across this spectrum, and I've begun to think of the instrument more as "tool," and that I was getting just about everything I needed (vs wanted!) from small shop and even factory guitars. This one knocked my socks off and is amongst the best guitars (for me and what I do) as I've ever had my hands on. Wow.......I'd own it in a heartbeat if finances would allow it.

I had not heard of Albert & Mueller, Brent, but that is a beautiful guitar. I love the classy understated look.

I have had this Albert-Mueller S6 for a couple of years
http://www.dreamguitars.com/new/a_m/..._m_s-6_iii.php and here is a sound clip of a song of mine on it http://dcoombsguitar.com/CDFour/GuitSenseDemo.mp3 Exceptional guitars, reasonably priced, a very responsive guitar that demands technique because it won't hide anything.

Thanks Bill. Dream Guitars measured incorrectly. The actual string spacing at the saddle is right about 2 1/4" (stock saddle).

Sadly, I can't visit this guitar anymore, as it sold in less than a week!
