I allow the guitar to settle in, under the ToneRite, for 3 full days. This allows the guitar to realize its new shape and that its no longer a tree. At that point I do my final set up tweaks and it usually stays consistently there for the duration of its happy life. Its rare to have to tweak the set up unless the customer has different tastes other than how I set it up?

Sorry I can't credit Mark but my right hand was only influenced by a wood chisel and sand paper. I'm just a professional saw dust maker and regrettably bear no resemblance to a real guitar playa'

ToneRite is done. Now its time for some final details:










We provide each owner a set of saddle shims should they need to tweak the action?





We set the action pretty low when shipping and the saddle shims provide the owner some adjustment should they need to raise it?





.070" at the little e and ,090" at the big E is our standard set up when it leaves here:

At the last minute our customer decided he wanted to add a third pickguard (Black & white) so we quickly whittled one out:





Meanwhile labels are added to the cases:

Thanks GW. Glad you have enjoyed the thread. I hope to work with Olive wood again some day. Its certainly one of my favorite aromatic woods. The aroma wafting through the shop was wonderful.

This is an all time favorite moment when we take final pictures of the customer's guitar. Usually [Mary] can stay back out of the way, but this time I definitely notice she is here. Can you read those facial expressions and body language all the way from California? Good thing for her that I can't fire her.
