Default Traded!

**note: you can also see the pictures here**

So I've realized that, though I love the sound of it so much, I just have too much EIR right now, so I thought I would explore if there's interest out there.

I'd be interested in trades for: SCGC all mahogany guitars, Emerald x30, and other interesting non-sitka/eir.

I'd happily do a trade+cash to me, but I'm not in a place to be putting more into guitars right now.

Condition: Excellent! ++
Amplification: LR Baggs Lyric (I don't always love this pickup, but it sounds amazing in this guitar)

Value: $4300

Reasonable trade offers considered!

I would love to see pics if available. my email is [email protected] . if you don't mind.

I'm not a likely candidate at this time but I've been known to do stranger things.. do love Goodalls..

Just added pictures!

If you notice some weird "artifacts" in the pics (dots all over), it's the carpeting I took the pictures on. This guitar's finish is so perfect and mirror-like, that it just reflected right off of it :-)

Ooh, this is an early one; must be one of the first CJs. What is the year on this one, & built in Hawaii?

I think 1998 was when they switched from the winged bridge to the current one. The CJ came out around the same time they made that switch so this would be one of the first CJs.

I have #1597. It’s the 3rd CJ James built for the NAMM show. I don’t see a number on yours.

Also the picture size is way too big on my iPad which makes the words impossible to read. Maybe the mods here can adjust it.

Best of luck. I have 2 cJ one in Mahogany and the other a Koa cutaway.

I have a memory that it's a 99, but I'll check the serial when I get home.

It's super beautiful, both in sound and in looks

Looks like probably late '98/early '99 - I think the bridge changeover was in the middle of '99
