WTS-T 2011 Spring LTD Taylor Mahogany GS
Contact me directly at cdgilbert (AT) windstream (DOT) net
All mahogany Taylor GS. Ebony fingerboard and bridge. I believe the head plate is also ebony... might be rosewood. It has that deep wine red taylor finish. Tortoise style binding on body and neck. Neck also has pin stripe. Diamond style inlays. Abalone rosette. Taylor ES system. Brown hardshell case. It's a glorious instrument and sings like an angel. I simply haven't bonded with it and it's just sitting there in my music room. Very little playing time. No scuffs or scratches that I can find upon inspection. Very responsive and easy playing. Tusq saddle and nut. No mods... as it was from Taylor. Gotoh 510 Delta tuners in matte gold. This is an exquisite instrument. $1,600.00 (shipped CONUS) Plus 3% for Paypal. Trade Value of $2,400.00 Looking to trade for a nice Electric. I like thin necks in 1-11/16ths or 1-3/4ths nut with a 10-16 radius, and big frets (Prefer stainless). Also interested in other quality music gear. But some guitars of particular interest are as follows... Jackson USA Soloist Gibson Les Paul (especially one with P90s) American or Japanese Fender Jazzmaster (Not Modern Player models) Ibanez Herman Li sig model Taylor T5 Pedals I would interested in would be... Boss RC-300 Loop Station Strymon Big Sky Hartman Flange Vintage V4 Big Muff Strymon Timeline Eventide Pitch Factor Eventide Mod Factor Digitech Whammy Empress Effects Tremolo 2 MXR MC404 CAE Dual Inductor Wah Empress Compressor Skreddy Zero Devi Ever Rocket And other cool noise makers. Other stuff Roland Jazz Chorus Amp Fishman Loudbox Nice Keyboard One question I keep getting is "Is it really THAT RED?!" It's just the flash that makes it appear that way. I wanted to make sure you could see how beautiful the mahogany was and the flash really highlights the grain. Here is a pic in the sunlight to show you what the color is in regular viewing light. It's not a great pic but it's just to illustrate the color. |
