Default Yes! 9 more bars to finish Classical Gas!

Didn't think I'd ever get finished learning and memorizing this piece! Thank God for reoccurring themes too! Thank you Jerry from Jerry's Guitar Bar for the video lesson and scoring/tabs!

Anybody else learn this piece?

Btw anybody have a bpm for this song? I guess I could figure it out with my metronome and the recording?

I had learned it years ago (decades actually). I started working on it a couple of years back again, but got side tracked by other things. I was just telling my wife the other night I'd like to start on it again, but I have a few tunes in the queue and I don't want to stretch myself too thin.

That's great you're almost have it finished. I'm looking forward to hearing it.

I learned that piece many moons ago (recorded it too) and still play it. I'd like to record it again, but this time with an orchestral and drum background track, similar to the original. Just for kicks.
Congrats on your progress. Sounds like the summit is in sight!
It has a pretty quick tempo. Think 1/4 note = 120 for the freely played intro and ca. 160 for when the band kicks in!
Good luck with it.

Thank you gentlemen. Always nice when you can see the finish line!

Recording is doubtful as I don't have that kind of equipment at this point. At some point I want to pick up a classical guitar to see what it's like on a classical.
