Default Shoutout to Stew Mac

Bought a set of Grover tuning machines three years ago, one of them went bad like a gravel road after the winter thaw. Got a replacement from Stew Mac within a week. They aren’t always the lowest price but I will be buying more from them. Great company.

I agree. Stew Mac stands by what they sell. On three occasions I’ve contacted them about an issue and received new parts or tools in a couple of days, no questions asked.

My concern has been around shipping to Canada. The system they choose (involving agents and brokers) is unnecessarily expensive (in fact, a complete rip-off), and they don't disclose that on their site.
