Selling my Pre-War Herringbone IHD. Incredible tone and playability. This has distress level one and it is beautiful. Has a tiny mark on the back of the neck but you can’t feel it. The back of the neck is smooth and beautiful. Plays like a dream and is an absolute canon. There is a two year wait list for these for good reason. We only get two every year in Canada. This was one of those two. Super rare guitar.

Torrified Adirondack top and braces. Authentic 1937 neck. Hot hide glue. Granadillo back and sides.

We utilize hot hide glue for all of the bracing as well as in our perfectly fit traditional dovetail neck joints. We use Torrefied tops and hand carved Torrefied brace wood for their dry-aged tone. What you get is a guitar with the soul, sound, and look of a well-loved vintage instrument, but with the price, adjust-ability, and reliability of a modern guitar.

Standard 1937 "C" to "V" neck shape.

Back and sides material: Granadillo

Top material: Torrefied Adirondack Spruce

Fretboard and bridge material: Ebony

Neck width at nut: Vintage spec, 1 ¾”

Bridge spacing: 2 5/16”

Headplate veneer material: Matches back and side selection.

Bridge pins: Ivoroid Un-slotted

If I didn't already have an IHD (Level 1 Shape top, bought from inc0herent on another forum, played daily), this one would be sold. These are great guitars. The IHD is Pre*War's International Herringbone Dreadnought. According to their website, it 'uses no endangered species' and 'can be shipped worldwide'.
