The 4 baby Willie Wagtails in the nest on my clothesline are getting bigger every day - just after I took this shot I saw one open it's eyes.

Superb Fairy Wren - it's taken me years to get a good shot of one, now if I can just get a clear shot of the Bower Bird I'll be happy!

Took the family and the dogs on a long hike in the snow yesterday. Took about 50 photos of the dogs to get this one that I liked, and deleted the other 49.

Thanks, Paul. That road that the dogs are on is the old Midland RR track bed, build in the 1890s. You can see the granite that they had to blast through. The line ran east and up and over Trout Creek Pass.

The RR lasted for 25 years or so, then the line was abandoned. The rails were then pulled up and it became CR 403.
