Depends on what kind of pics you’re looking for.

Actually, whats really fun is to get a whole pile of picks custom made with your graphic / logo / image on them. Then you can give them away and people will remember you!

Default A thought - my opinions

I see any number of posters asking for 'the best (fill in the item)'. How's anyone going to know? Asking for a good source for something, that's reasonable. But any two people responding to a 'best' question may never have had overlapping experiences. Is either right? Or even one, did that person really have all that much experience so as to be able to define 'best'?

The D’Andrea .84mm medium-heavy picks I favor are hard to find, so I buy them by the half gross from Amazon.com. That seems to be both the most reliable place to find them as well as the best price.

Hope this helps.

Most people I know that buy bulk picks tend to go with Amazon. That is if want more than 10 in a package.

If you sound good enough, people will remember you anyway.

Remember Tommy Emmanuel? Ever get a pick?

Hi 815C…

I used to buy pick amalgamations (100-300 various colors, sizes, shapes) off Ebay cheap and then sort them into small, med, large, thin, med, thick and Clown Puke.

I give them away to friends who always seem to be needing a pick when they drop by to jam.

I bought a 72 pack of Dunlop Nylons 1.0 (for my electric) from Strings & Beyond a few months ago. They have bulk picks.

A fellow forum member once told an open mic performer who complained about an inattentive audience, if you want their attention, play better. So true. I think Tommy Emanual keeps people's attention pretty well.
