Default Eastman E10 OM $600

Eastman E 10 OM for sale Price reduced for the weekend $600
Very good condition. Great tone, Actions good Great playability. Eastmans have a solid following as great guitars, This one has very little play wear. Frets are good. It's just a really nice guitar, but I had a moment of weakness and bought another guitar from a custom builder. So now I have to sell a few things.
I'd rather not ship this during the cold weather. So I'd like to only sell this as a local pick-up sale for now. I'm in northeastern PA. Close to the borders of NY and NJ.
If you have any questions let me know.
Someone mentioned the option to let someone buy the guitar and then hold off shipping it until the weather was warmer. If that works for a buyer I'm willing to do that.

Specs.
Solid Adirondack top
Solid Mahogany back and sides
Mahogany neck
Ebony fingerboard and bridge
24.9 scale length
1 3/4 nut width
2 3/16 string spacing at the saddle
Has a clear cling type pickguard ( hard to see in the photos ) that could be easily peeled off.
No pick-up

Default Eastman

You might offer the option of someone buying the guitar and taking delivery in late March or early April. I know it sounds off, but there are a number of people who have had the painful experience of checking finish with shipped guitars this time of year, even with the most careful an informed handling. Martin doesn't ship acoustics to a number of locations this time of year and they've been doing this for quite a while.

It may not be at all necessary -- these are a great value and it may go very quickly with local only pickup. But if it lingers, it is an option that people have used sucessfully

I would certainly be willing to have someone buy the guitar and hold off shipping until the weather was more suitable for shipping. I just never heard of anyone doing it.

By very good I mean there are not any deep scratches or dents. No cracks or repair issues. A few light scratches here and there that wouldn't show up in a photo. About the worst cosmetic issue is a little bit of indentation about 1/2 by 1/4 inch between the high E string and the pickguard from strumming. The finish isn't scratched, but just kind of indented a little. it's hard to describe. The action is good. 5/64 at the 12th fret low E, 4/64 at the high E with plenty of saddle. Frets don't have much wear. Overall just pretty good condition. I would keep it if I didn't have to cover the cost of another OM I just purchased.
If there's anything questions more specific please let me know
thanks

is shipping included in your asking price?

also, your best attempt at a picture showing the indentation you reference would be much appreciated.

thank you!

Shipping would be additional and would be determined by UPS costs.

It was hard to get a picture of the indentation by the clear pickguard. I had to get a reflection of light right on top of it to make it show up in a picture, but this is it.

Do you know what year this guitar is? I'm shopping around for an OM and might be interested.

I'm the second owner of this guitar and I've had it a few years. From the paperwork, it looks like it's a 2012
