I think this has gone on quite long enough.

I'm going to ask the mods to lock this thread now.

Separate end strap pin and preamp jack, for the electric guitarist in me. (The woody and crystal ice are a great match, aren't they? )

It's not funny, when you are trying to get a good shot out of the dark, chocolaty ziricote, sealed under the rich clear coat.

This pic, however, shows a good contrast between the gloss woody top and the matte crystal ice back and side, a good reference for those who are still considering whether the crystal ice makes a good option:

Another one:

Looks great Jimmy, but.....

Give us one of the body front in good light to really see the wood. Also, reveal the headstock, man! We want to see what you decided for the hound!!!

Did you get the Emerald pro photos?

How do you like the tone and playability, especially compared to your other non-wood T8?

Tom & ac: how I wish I have the pro photos to show, but Emerald shipped the guitar to me on the eve they closed for vacation, and they have not edited the studio shots, so I received a blank USB and they will email me the pics once they resume operation.

Uncle: it is very hard to capture the veneer behind the gloss. I tried all angles and I even think that using a satin finish may be the best for the woodies? (The sun is rather soft here today in Lion City )

Dear Jon. Yes Jon! - hope the last pic is good enough for you. Haha, I'm holding back the headstock shot, especially for you!

Tom & Steelvibe - I may work out some vids. But I am very busy with moving to a new post and a new house now, so pardon me. Ya, I think everyone wants a Opus and Woody shootout, right? :
