1953 Gibson ES-140 w/ OHSC
This is the full depth hollow body version (not the thin line version) and it is All original with the exception of one side of the tuners is replaced with some 50’s Klusons and the pickguard is missing. The Electronics are unmodified and it sounds superb - nice and warm and woody and can get loud! Sounds full size but it is very comfortable to hold and play. It has been professionally refretted and is set up perfectly. The finish is nice and aged and there are small signs of its age around the guitar but no cracks or significant wear.* It comes with its original Geib case. Nut width 1 9/16Scale 22.75”

very interested in this guitar, could you please tell me how high the strings are setup, and is the neck capable of setting up with just a little relief? Are the knobs, bridge and tailpiece original too?

Sent. Sorry for the delay. Action is great and can be adjusted. It plays nice(not stiff) with a little relieve and it has a truss rod to adjust that as well. Action is a just under 3/32 and just under 2/32 with room to adjust down another 1/32 if desired but I think that would be too low to play.
