Gibson J-200s at Wildwood in Colorado. All of them had action a like a Strat. I ended up not buying one but they were impressive.

As Barry's post suggests, it's largely about set-up and not brand. Taylors have historically tended to have a lower and therefore easier set-up out of the box than others. But I have owned a high-end Taylor and played a few more. None have played more comfortably than my Goodall, set up by Goodall, or my Foley, set up by Marty Fair in Purcellville, Virginia.

Probably my Fairbanks Roy Smeck. Maybe because it is the only guitar I own which can be classed a "newish". But the playability is darn near perfect - 1 3/4" nut, round shoulder C neck carve clocking in at .93" at the 1st fret, and a 2 3/8" string spacing at the bridge.

My Brook Torridge. Incredibly easy to play ...and sounds good too. Hope my new Brook Lyn coming in November is as good or better.

I am a big fan of JT. His book made it really hit home that no guitar on the face of the planet speaks as eloquently to a specific time and place in history as a Banner. You do not as much own one as you are entrusted it it as its keeper. Mine is a 1942 J50. What kept it from reaching the top spot on my list is the string spacing at the bridge which is a skimpy 2 1/8".

Simple - Sexauer - not just incredibly easy to play, but also incredibly beautiful and great sounding, from the moment you pick it up. Bruce’s set-up work is second to none -

My Santa Cruz H Koa is a very close second -

A friend of mine had a 1964 Martin 00-18. Effortless to play. Very satisfying to relax and enjoy the notes that came out of that guitar. Fast, slow, loud, quiet - nothing required much work at all. Sounded great, too.
Best,
Jayne

What is the "Easiest" Acoustic you've ever played?

'Easy'.

My 2016 Taylor 412e-R sitka over rosewood short scale Grand Concert. And it sounds wicked sweet too ! That's why I bought it.

Second place, a J-200; nearly first place.

Don

Default Second that

I'm with Tadol. My Sexauer FT15JB is the lightest guitar I've ever played and his non symmetric neck shape for me is second to none. Not my number one guitar but the easiest to play.

All my guitars get my personal set up. So they are all extremely easy on the fingers.

But my Gibson J-185 with 24-3/4/" scale Is just like playing my Les Paul's

Only lighter.

When I pick it up. (2 or 3 times almost every day)

It is very hard to put down.

Love playing it so much. That it challenges me to learn things I never though possible.

Makes me a better player.
