Wow and Wow. First, glad to hear you're on the mend on what seems like a very close call! The Ryan is absolutely exquisite. If it only sounds half as good as it looks it'll be epic!

Yes! Thanks everyone! After one week I am thoroughly bonding with the Ryan. The guitar is comfortable in my lap. The neck profile is kind of flat, but this does not mean slim. It isn’t curved in the center like a Taylor or my Martin, it is flatter, so it takes a little getting used to. After a week of playing, it became perfectly comfortable. The guitar is extremely balanced, with nice sustain, and louder than my D-41. It has plenty of bass! It is simply perfect!
