I've only been playing solo gigs in restaurants and the like for a couple years now, and while I don't "freeze up", most gigs it takes me a song or 2 to settle in and feel comfortable. I have, at times, gotten distracted by the audience or goings on around me mid-song, which is momentarily unsettling -- but the show goes on! It's all good! Enjoy!

I don’t really anymore, but as a strummer and singer, I used to panic and flub electric lead guitar intros and solos when I played in the praise band at church.

I’d start to shake and blow it every time no matter how many times I practiced the part at home.

Just let me strum and sing and I’m ok.
