The two things that have pretty much cured any tuning problems I've had on my electric guitars, especially those with whammy bars, are locking tuners...an absolute MUST for guitars with vibrato, and Big Bends Nut Sauce.

The Tusq/graphite Trem-nuts seem to help too, but they also seem to wear out faster than bone.
