2003 Tacoma DM-10
I have for sale a 2003 pre-fender USA made Tacoma DM-10 . With a K&K Pure Mini passive pick-up installed. Serial# G2040090 Dreadnought body, Solid Spruce Top, Solid Mahogany Back and Solid Mahogany sides. 1 3/4" nut. All wood on this guitar is solid. Nothing is wrong other than some of the infamous Tacoma rash (finish bubbling and peeling) in a few places and small neck crack that has been repaired . However this guitar is sold as is. The rash is mainly on the head stock but this is some in other places too. It is shown the photos. The action is 2.5 mm on the low E at the 12th fret and 1.5 mm on the high E at the 12 fret. This guitar sounds sweet in my opinion just like a Martin D-18. Comes with you choice of a Martin airport case missing one latch or a musicians gear hardshell dreadnought case. Asking 800 or obo. Nice Instrument! I owned a DM9 for awhile, ended up regretfully selling it to a kid who didn't appreciate the quality or sound.
Folks who are familiar with the Tacoma line will attest to the great sound of these mahogany dreads. Plus - the satin on the back/sides and the serial number ('G' prefix) are good attributes on Tacomas (less chance of finish peeling). GLWS.

The finish is peeling though much less than on the high gloss DR-20 I am refinishing. It is only the headstock, neck and a very little on the sides. None on the top or back. This thing sounds sweet. I mean like really sweet. But I have too many guitars and this one must go.
