Just to add to DukeX's post, if you have a DAW you can also import any existing
midi files that you can find on the net as well. You might need to get some
instrument vst's or similar depending on what your software your computer's
O.S. is.

Good suggestions, thank you. I do have Audacity and Melodyne and Musescore, all software I use. It's a bit too easy to get involved in making tracks when I really need to be playing, but sometimes I do, anyway.
