On quick glance, the site is quite nice, with a wealth of information and a chance to view some stunning guitars. My only critique is that I'm not a fan of new windows opening when I click a link within a site. The advantage to having it work this way is that the main page is still easily accessible, but I find that I often "link hop" so I click links on the new windows that open, and before I know it, I've got 5 new browser windows on my screen.

Other than that, I think the look is rich and well done, with great content.

Gerald, I always enjoy browsing your website - all looks very good. I personally don't mind the links opening a new tab, but I think that's just how I like to do it (I like that if I've started one of the embedded videos I can listen while opening another tab to browse more!).

I did not know you had added the Petite Concert (OO) to your body styles - very nice shape and size.

I think all functional aspects of the site are good - easy to find shapes, appointments, "packages", terms, and pricing.

Nice job all around.

And I still think the Wild Rose is the most beautiful guitar I've ever seen!

Warmly,

Phil

I love it! I just can't stop looking at your guitars. I don't know where you get your abalone or what you do to it, but it's the most beautiful I've seen.

Just spent time on your site ... love it! Great photos ... easy and logical to navigate ... doesn't hurt that the guitars are gorgeous too!

Hey, Gerald, I have been a big fan of your ravishingly beautiful guitars ever since the first look. I'm going to spend some quality time on your website. What a classy production! Excellent graphic design, good writing, superlative photos...
It's back to the woodshed for me!

Congratulations on the new site!

Thanks to all of you who have looked and commented. I'm slow to get updates made but will react to your comments. I appreciate those of you who offered feedback. I have added a lot of new photos and I hope everyone will take a look at what I have to offer!

Hi mike...
Quick aside - I control that function from my browser, and it's not just a site driven function.

Might want to check out the preferences/properties on your browser.

Hi Gerald...

Nice upgrade. Easy to navigate, and the embedded movies are great as well.

Nice site. Thanks for the sound samples but wish you'd just post the prices for guitars in stock rather than making me call. I own multlple customs, but won't call to find out the price of one. If I've got to call, I assume I can't afford it, which isn't always the case. Either way you lose me as a potential customer when I've got to call. That may not be a bad thing, depending on who you talk to.

John

Hi John,

Thanks for the input and I appreciate you checking out the site. I consider all feedback so thanks for yours. It's pretty easy to guess the approximate prices if you look at my prices page. Posting prices is a difficult decision. There are reasons both ways and not posting prices can work in your benefit. That's all I can go into it here.
