Default Installing the pick up for the Roland GR-20 guitar synthesizer

I have the Roland GR-20 guitar synthesizer on order. It comes with a special pick up which I want to install onto my Ovation. Does anyone know if this is a job for a professional or is it something I can instal myself?

Come with double side tape so should go on easy enough and the control part will hook up to the endpin.

As long as there is space for it you are fine. The instructions are pretty complete.

The double sided tape worked so the string height was perfect on my T5. if you need to adjust the "attack" you can do so on the GR20. I have one and they are great synths and simple to use.
The only trick might be mounting the control module but it will probably work with the endpin OK. Depends on the model of your Ovation.
Good luck, they are fun to play around with and add color to your work.

Thanks for your replies. In fact, I might cop out and have my tech do it for me! I'm not the handiest guy in the world ...
