Default Eastman T64/V-T-GB

Just got this today from Blues Angel Music in Pensacola, FL. Really cool guitar that has a unique vibe all it's own. I had a T64 with a Bigsby that I let go in a moment of craziness. Very happy to have acquired this one.

Very nice! I love semi-hollows! Gotta love the P90’s also. Eastman makes some really great stuff. Great grab!

Eastmans are a great value, love the build quality and neck on mine. Congrats on a wonderful guitar!

Congrats!

Man that’s a gorgeous guitar. Is that a 330/ casino style full hollow or a semi hollow? The P90’s look like they give it the 330 or Casino vibe.

Thanks everyone....I really appreciate the nice comments. Yes this is a fully hollow body like a 330. The Lollar pickups sound fantastic in this guitar. It does have Eastman's antique varnish finish. Slightly aged, or relic if you will. The Lollar p90 pickups are very balanced with a more vintage voicing. The bridge may be wound slightly hotter, and certainly matches well with the neck. Very comfortable to play.

Has a nice '60s Epiphone Casino-meets-Riviera vibe, right down to the near-teaburst finish - I could see John and George playing these at Shea Stadium in '65 if they were available - and if they came with a 1-11/16" neck I'd probably own one right now...

Hope you've got a nice tube amp to keep it company - use it well, often, and LOUD...

Beautiful guitar. Love my T185MX, and these varnish guitars are something special. Enjoy!
