Default Happy St.Patricks Day

We usually do something green to mark St. Patricks day so this year we built this custom X20 woody with a beautiful quilted maple veneer finished with a deep Emerald green tint.
Cant get much more Irish than that.
Heres a nice Irish tune being played by local Trad player Cian O'Donnell

Have a great day
Alistair

Happy St Patricks Day to you as well Alistair. Your lad Cian is quite the talented player... that one medley is a serious workout for both right and left hands! Love your Emerald guitars.

My US-Irish goes back 4 generations, as does my wife's. We are Doyle & O'Reilly, but our friends call us the O'Doyles. My Great-Great Grand-dad was in the Army after the Civil War, fought in the Plains Indians campaigns... I've never made it to the Emerald Isle, but it's on my bucket list.

Alistair,

Thanks for the good wishes and posting the video. Beautiful guitar well played. Even though I'm only half Irish (my paternal grandfather was born in Ireland), I wish you a happy day today and always.

Bill

Gorgeous guitar - love the green - and serious chops! A happy St Patrick's Day to all at Emerald, I'll hoist a pint in your honour when I join the session at our Irish Club later today. Sláinte!

P.S. Alistair, I sent you an e-mail via the contact form on your website, just want to make sure you got it - about 12-string customization options?

In honor of St. Patrick's Day, I picked up an X7 Opus! I have been enjoying the Emeralds for quite a while at MacNichols. With the store closing I knew I had to jump at the opportunity. Played it for a few hours last night and really enjoyed it. My first purchase of a CF guitar.

Stephen,
Congratulations on the purchase of the X7, . . . I'm sure you will enjoy it.

I have had an X7 for a couple of years, and will be taking delivery of an X20 this weekend!

Thanks. I've been a lucky person to live by MacNichol and have always enjoyed the ability to try all of the CF guitars that have passed through the store, but have been hesitant to buy one as the improvements were coming rapidly. In the end, it was between the Lucky 13 and the X7.

Enjoy the X20, another fine Emerald creation!
