Always loved the earlier Klipsch sound. Always wanted a set of the corner horns but never had the room. Your restoration is nothing short of amazing!

Thank you for the kind words. The fact that the cabinets were made from good quality plywood made it much easier.

I believe that Klipsch also used particle board on some lower cost models, and they would not have lasted this long.

Having worked in formica shops early on gave me a lot of experience with laminating different materials, and you learn very quickly how to index the piece before committing to sticking, ESPECIALLY with wood veneer!!

I have also used yellow glue (aliphatic resin) on occasion, applied to both surfaces and allowed to dry. Then I ironed them together to reactivate the glue.

Now to work on adjustable legs & 'skirt'.....

Had a couple pairs of Heresy's over the years - the last one I actually re-furbed like you did, and used them for acoustic gigs for a while (put metal carry handles on top!)
