Rest up this weekend - you'll be doing a LOT of playing come Monday! Looking forward to your NGD post.

Is it weird that I can *hear* those pictures? My 6-string JM sounds huge, I can't imagine what it would be like with the octaves mixed in!

Awesome!!! Can't wait to hear of the comparison between the Rainsong 12 and the Emerald 12. One of those might be on my radar as I slowly morph into the CF world after playing wooden guitars for 40 years.

Why do I feel anxious waiting on YOUR delivery? LOL Looking forward to your NGD and comments on the 12 string. I'm still on the fence, never owned a 12 and have the 10% off until the end of April tempting me.

John: Yes, that 10% off Emerald in April is tempting. I currently own a wooden Guild F1512 that I like, but I am really liking my Rainsong BI-WS1000N2 and grab it exclusively ahead of my HD-28 and Breedlove Oregon Concert Myrtlewood. So I might prefer an Emerald X20-12 or Rainsong WS3000 over the Guild. I'm just not sure I can justify 2500+ for a 12-string, though, as I do a lot of fingerpicking and prefer to do so on a 6-string.

Can I show you the X20 or X30? LOL I love my Sable, but the Emeralds and RS's may be better for bare fingers ??? I use a pick pretty much all the time.
