Default The Long and Winding Road

Here is one more from the recent session I did with John Cowan. This was a lot of fun, hope you enjoy it.

Holy moly that was wonderful. One of the best songs ever written beautifully performed. Just great!

Great singing (by you) and playing by the rest of the band! I enjoyed it! Thanks for posting it.

Was there some synthesiser (keyboard) music playing the melody?

I just play guitar, I don’t sing. That was John Cowan on vocals and bass, long time member of The Newgrass Revival and now with the Doobie Brothers for the past decade or so. There was no keyboard, just a violin and a flute that you have mistaken for a synth.

Thanks Allen for the clarification. Beautiful song by the Beatles.
