Default maybe - Martin 1931 D-1 Authentic

I'm apprehensive selling here so I'll need to vet any potential buyers. This is one of the most amazing dreadnaughts. Some have said it's a unicorn. I'm going to say this is in good shape though I believe it is in excellent shape but I don't want a buyer to nit pick so it's in good shape. I will miss this guitar but my hand issues are relentless so I have to stay with short scale guitars. I had to learn the hard way. I'm asking $4,400. It does have a K & K mini installed.

In my experience, the only way to mostly avoid that is to verbally detail and picture all the imperfections.

Sometimes that doesn't even work.

Yes, and some detailed pictures. I'm not seeing any here.

Every buyer is apprehensive without pictures....I'm sure any buyer will "vet" you for pics.

I figured I'd take pictures if anyone was interested. I'm slow walking this sale.

I think you may be approaching this wrong (unless this is a sales tactic to garner interest). In general, pictures make people interested. Audio/video samples can turn heads faster.

There is an issue that I forgot about a scrape on the edging at the lower front. It looks like it was done by a guitar stand.
