The technique shown with intro video is not practical IMHO.
He plays first position fingering on the second fret.I was taught to play otherwise and I think it is intuitive to use fingers 2 and 4 instead of 1 and 3 when doing the single note runs....otherwise you set yourself up all kinds of problems when you want to incorporate chords.... This is why I am wary of on line resources. And,as others have described,the song is played in different keys.Just listen to the original... Gabe |
